What is the expected time for my order to be processed?
Processing time for all orders is 3 - 5 business days.
When will my order be delivered?
Once shipped, delivery time within UAE, Saudi Arabia, all GCC & internationally, takes 10 - 25 business days.

Yes! You can always use your tracking number to stay updated on the whereabouts of your shipment.

How can I collect my package?
Your package will arrive at the closest local post office at your location.
Please note that:
- Business days do not include weekends and public holidays (in your country). Times may be extended due to holidays and other occasions.
- We are not responsible for any shipping delays from the shipping company or natural occurrences, or other delays unrelated to Masinisa.
- We are not responsible for the failure of collection of your package on time.
